Game Overview
Pacts of Fate is a strategic card game of deception and divine intervention. Players control heroes, forge alliances, and manipulate fate to survive. Each Ethnos – Aeldanar, Mankind, Withered, and Akuma – brings unique strengths, abilities, and lore drawn from their world. Shuffle your deck, draw your hand, and prepare to outwit your opponents.

Setup
• Play any number of Hero or Divinity cards during your Play Phase
• Draw one card at the end of your turn
• Attribute effects like Deceive and Adapt can force extra turns or skips

• Shuffle the Mortal Hero deck and deal six cards to each player.
• Shuffle the Divinity cards face down and deal one per player.
• Shuffle the remaining cards into the draw pile.
• Optional: Add extra heroes from another deck (excluding additional Demise or Divinity cards).
• Randomly choose a starting player.

Game Rules
To play Pacts of Fate, shuffle the deck and deal five cards to each player. On your turn, draw a card, then play one card from your hand: summon a hero, cast a spell or reveal an artifact. Heroes remain in play and can attack on subsequent turns; spells produce a one‑time effect; artifacts provide ongoing bonuses. You win by reducing your opponent’s life to zero or completing your faction’s unique win condition.
